Galway Bay has collaborated with Begyle Brewing over in Chicago to bring you this soft bitter Sour IPA, hopped with Nelson, Talus and Citra.
Tasting Notes:
Brewed on a pillowy light base of pilsner malt, wheat, oats and rice. Hopped with freshNelson Sauvin, Talus and Citra then co-fermented with an acid producing yeast and a wine yeast. In the glass it's bags of grapefruit, sweet apple and a hint of elderflower with a fun, gentle acidity.
