Conde de Valdemar Gran Reserva is the great jewel of the winery. It displays a dark garnet colour, clean and bright. Reveals spicy aromas of cloves, black pepper, and a bit of cedar wood and shrubby herbs. Powerful, tasty, spicy and creamy in mouth, with a long aftertaste.

Food Recommendations

This wine matches perfectly with red meat, stews and roasted food as well as game. Particularly suited for cold meats and dry cheeses.
